LMM: Thinkin about an LMM for towing

I have a good friend who needs a towing rig for a fifth wheel and is looking at an 07 LMM ccsb with about 160k. Truck is still in good condition for the mileage. Wondering if theres anything that he should be aware of with these LMM's especially for towing.

Im know they don't get the best mileage because of all the emissions controlling equip on them...but is that it?

Just make sure the radiators clean mine was clogged with bugs

Really, if you get rid of the emission stuff, they are good to go. Really no need to keep it unless you get tested, since it is out of warranty.
