Guys, I went to unlock my truck with my fob and it would not unlock. Opened with my key and alarm went off. The truck would not crank but dash lights went on. Lift pump is running. Disconnected batteries and checked fuses. All negative. I attempted the relearn however the light does not turn off even after 20 minutes.
Has anyone got any ideas? I have an OBD II and it shows no codes. Also the service 4x4, service air bags etc cycle through the dash warning. Thr ABS light is on. My electric side windows are not working, My sun roof works nd the rear slide works. My radio, Nav etc do not work.
Could this be my ECM or what. I am at a loss of what to do on this.

Sounds like loss of data bus communication. You'll probably need a GM MDI (or equivalent) to see which modules you can/can't communicate with. Any one module on the bus could have shorted out and blocked the bus from working.

OK, what the heck is going on? Is someone up there screwing around with me or what. As per previous post messages, the truck wasn't working or turning over. Lock engine symbol would not go out. So, I hoped on my Indian Roadmaster to possibly purchase a ECM to see if that is the problem. On the way, Some idiot driving from the opposite direction decides to turn left right in front of me on a green light. Could not avoid him and went for a little flight landing on my back. Ended up in the hospital and good thing is only a slightly cracked pelvis and a few bruises. My Indian has a fair amount of damage but that will be taken care of.
I got home last night and tried my truck....same issue. Now i just tried it and fob works, everything works, engine works, not codes, no engine with a lock signal.
Can someone please explain this or what?:confused:

I doubt it's your ecm. You have a module on the data bus shorting out. The ONLY way to diagnose it is when it occurs, take each one offline 1 by 1 unugging them until you find the one shorting it. You'll know as everything will come on when you unplug the problem child. I do know 2011 is known to have TCM issues. Also be aware had you bought another ECM, you would still have to be able to flash it as new modules come blank since the same moxule can come with a myriad of different operating systems. So unless the idea of lighting hundred dollar bills on fire appeals to you, diagnose the problem instead of guessing at it.
