Okay, so a stock LMM is rated at 365 hp and 660 ft/lbs. Tuning has shown to be able to take that up around 550 hp and 1000ish ft/lbs.

Stock 4.5L duramax is said to have around 310 hp and 520 ft ft.lbs

If the tuning for the new 4.5L Duramax is available and just using the same type of increases. That might put this car in the range of 500/1000, before big mods. Now, it could be less than that because the displacement is lower than the current Duramax but it will also likely be capable of higher rpm than the 6.6's.

The new CTS-V is said to have 551 hp and 556 ft/lbs. Imagine owning the same car, likely much cheaper, have roughly the same hp, and twice the torque.

Forget the new CTS-V, If this car happens it is going right to the top of my list of cars to own.

GF doesn't like the CTS...:rolleyes: But I been working on her for the last 6 months anticipating/hoping they will offer the diesel version here in the US.
