Wait until you install a tuner...think that made a difference, wait until you get 100 more hp at the wheels and tell us what you think..

Better hand your wallet to the wife now, and close the credit card account.

Diesel Performance is a very steep slope and can get expensive, but its a hell of a fun ride.

Just wait til you get to the point of being "fastest vehicle in the parking lot". A fellow driver at our center has a 12 second Dart that cant beat me. He hates it.

Yeah its one of those things where its never enough. You buy one part and before u can even install and test it your planning what your gonna put in next.

addiction... obsession?

I ate my first turbo a few days ago... I had a dream last night that i was driving my truck WOT and noticed my EGT's were climing way to fast so i let off the throttle... they continued to climb and took out the motor. It woke me up from a sound sleep at 4am this morning.

This is a sickness. The faster you go the faster you wanna go, the more you worry about grading something the better u wanna build it. The better you build it the faster you can go the more you worry. Kinda like the rat hooked on crack in the drinkng water... its killing him to drink the water but he needs it.

how quickly the topic heads down hill.

I got the oil drain plug to delete the intake heater and a expandable freeze plug to cover the hole for the resignator (bet thats spelled wrong) anyone ever use an expandable plug for that??

Im gonna try and do the airbox mod but i couldnt find a thread that shows exactly what to remove. Im sure i could wing it and be fine but some ideas of where to start would be nice.

I wouldnt use the expandable plug...I have heard of the nut/bolt loosening and dropping into the turbo. Just go get a 2" rubber Fernco cap. Safer that way.
