Got the squeek in the dual fueler fixed today. Drove down and Dan was there to take care of it, 100000000 times better, I am so happy now, you should have seen my reaction driving off and not hearing that damn noise.

Now time to enjoy the rest of the weekend in San Diego! Gonna be a nice little vacation!

What did it take to fix the noise, mine has developed a noise only under throttle that sounds like a squeeky bearing (best i can describe it anyway)

Larry , you can try pressing in or out out the PS pully just a smigen and see if that help . I never did get any belt squeek out of my dual fuelers but I have head some that are pretty dang loud .

I had to put a spacer behind the bottom bolt to kick it out some more and it fixed mine larry. I had talked to dan about it and think that was the correct thing he told me to do. Unless I misunderstood him.

You should be able to take a straight edge and go from the PPE pulley to the alternator pulley and be straight. Odds are the PPE pulley will be to far back and you have to put a shim (I used a washer) and place it behind the bottom pump bracket.

Both mine and 02bigstrokins trucks were not level but neither had a noise. Josh's truck just kept throwing the belt. Shimmed his and all is well. I am going to shim mine but my motor has to come out anyway so I will do it then.

So Cal.
Both of them are correct in testing and shimming. we left out a small detail in the instructions on the older kits. Sorry for the trouble guys... You should have no belt sqeak at all.
