Always badass blankets Levi, almost too nice to put on ;)

I had to remove my PPE manifolds/up pipes due to the passenger side rubbing the frame at spoolup at the track and the driver manifold starting to melt the heatwrapped 3/4" oil cooler lines, and didnt have enough room on that side to do anything different. Plus I honestly didnt notice much with them. Nothing against PPE, but they didnt impress me for the $$. So had to go. Went back to stock manifold/LML and RDL 2 1/4" Xtreme up pipes. Too much dynamat, heat tape, and heat blankets made it kinda tuff to squeeze my little azz between the engine and the firewall  Everything lined up like butter. :thumb::thumb:

How's it run?

Idles good so far, letting some garage heat cycles set in before I go drive it to avoid the :eek::eek: when I smell burning coolant on my downpipe :D
Brian,

You have any pics of our manifolds hitting the frame? if not where was the issue?

I can take some pics of the frame, same place as the RDL's do as well with stock engine mounts. I mainly removed them due to the oil cooler line issue.

So Cal.
Ok makes a bit more sense now.... Thanks

Anybody else have an issue with the manifolds hitting the frame? I know I don't have an issue on either of my trucks (one with merchant mounts and the other having stock mounts).
