Just wanted to take a minute and thank you guys for helping me with my lock up controller issues. To make a long story short I installed it incorrectly and fried the controller. Ben sent me a new controller and trusted me to send mine back to him once the new one was installed, that never happens this day and time. Ben talked me through correcting the wiring issues and now all is well and the lockup controller works awesome!

Efi live has a way of locking up the torque converter. Recently discovered I believe it's in beta testing or was recently released.

I also would like to thank Ben. I installed his lockup box and it works great. I understand there has been problems for some but I can say I did not have any.

Efi live has a way of locking up the torque converter. Recently discovered I believe it's in beta testing or was recently released.

Works great on my black truck.


Bens box is still a better option for my white truck by far because we can delay the lock up and not stack the 2nd shift and lock up together.

Good to know, how did you adjust the lockup timing with the box, A friend adjusted his and it made his trans shift like crap. Changed to the "locked" version of the box again and no problems anymore

Had Ben do it. We talked about what kinda of delay would be best and he programmed it for me.

picked up 3 1/2 tenths with the delay

How much of a delay? I noticed mine if I lock it myself (manually) after the second shift all it does is let the rpm's get too high then lock, then possibly cause driveshaft shock and the turbo barks. Not very pleasant but if I'm in auto and it locks before the power comes on in second gear then it works great unless I spun out through 1st gear. Then it just lugs it.
