I bought some 40% over nozzles for my lly and the previous owner said he had a few issues tuning them but thats all I really know. Price was right so I scooped them up. Does anyone know where I can have them tested to make sure they are all good to go before I install them and find theyre junk???

The shop I went to was Bosch certified. Otherwise I wouldn't have used them.

There's gotta be a Bosch certified shop around you somewhere. Are you close to Mass Diesel?

Send them to Exergy Engineering. They test at pressures that are in the range of where your CP3 operates. They tested mine at 30, 140, 160 & 180 MPa, thats 4,350 to 26,100 psi. They will tell you the flow rate and back flow also. If you're looking for quality service, they can't be beat. :thumb:

I talked to exergy and in order to balance them properly they need the entire injector body and nozzle setups. I can't afford to have the truck down for 2 weeks. Guess I'll try mass diesel
