Telemarketer BEEP BEEP WTF!

Came home for lunch today and according to my parents this starts at around 5am to 5pm every weekday. The phone rings every 2-4 minutes with the Caller ID reading "Out of Area" you answer and all you hear is BEEP BEEP and the phone company cannot do anything for it. Anyone here of this before?

I would change the phone number. This is why I don't have a house phone. When I did, This would happen a couple times a night with the same result. As soon as my internet no longer needed a phone connection I got rid of it.

Problem is my parents have had this number for over 30 years LOL they won't change it.

Call the County Attorney maybe. I'm sure there not the only ones it happening too.

sadly it isn't Kat, You answer 1 second into the call a certain tone goes BEEP pauses a second the repeats continuously for 2-3 minutes hangs up then does it again within 2-4 minutes.

its a computer seeing if some one answers. as soon as you hear first beep, keep pressing the pound button. the computer wont aknowledge somebody at that #.

Go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and put the number in. That should stop the calls.
