TCM programming

I was wandering if having EFI live tuned on my truck will hinder the programming of my TCM that I am replacing at the dealership or should I have someone do it at a different shop.

if you had any adjustments made to the TCM tune then you will loose those but as stated already it will not effect any tuning done to the ecm unless the dealership decides to run an update to the ECM. but that shouldn't stop you from reloading the tune or having your tuner update it
