TCM- moving TH to Normal drive

I have copied and pasted all from TH to normal drive mode for towing. Have not noticed and difference, but will this hurt anything. I have a built trans but tow everyday and dont want the Wide open TH shift points to mess up using TH for both. Any input THX

Dont see why it would. The kodiacks use the same trans tune for everyday as our tow/haul.

The only thing I have noticed when I tried playing around with this is if you are coasting below 45 in the cloned T/H mode it will unlock the converter and lock back up as soon as you are back on the throttle, but actual T/H mode will keep the converter locked until you get to around 25.

Yeah, mine does that too. If anyone knows how to keep the converter locked, I'd love to hear it!

Yeah, mine does that too. If anyone knows how to keep the converter locked, I'd love to hear it!

This is one of them tables that EFILIVE doesn't show. I believe there is a seperate table that controls TQ lock-up at 0% throttle. I've asked them a few times now if they could look into it as with my 3.42 gears it is really annoying losing lock-up everytime I let off the throttle below 55. Theres alot more to lock-up than what EFI shows I believe. Sort of like when I drive around for awhile at 30 or so in 4th, it will eventually start locking up the converter even though every table in teh TCM says it shouldn't.
