Talk about bad luck!

I was sitting at an intersection this morning and a big accident happened right in front of me. A truck got T-boned and then everything slid straight into me.

Trucks gonna need a whole new front end. Good thing is Me and my wife are fine but the truck is in bad shape. Looks like I am gonna need a hood, fenders, bumper, all the valances, headlights, fogs, and a tranny cooler.

It sucks I just got it back on the road from the turbo swap and now she is gonna be out of commision for a couple weeks

Since she is down I am thinking of going back together with an 05 front end. Or maybe do the 03 front end with a cowl hood

That sucks man! Post the damage pics! I kinda know what thats like. I used to have a nice old 95 CC/LB PSD, 40' toy hauler in tow, some asshat ran a red and hit me in the right front, i blacked out and came too i was heading nose 1st toward a couple in a jetta. Nothin i could do, i stood on the brakes as hard as i could. Good thing i only gave him a nudge, she was pregnant and they stoped on the front side of some railroad tracks and a train passed seconds after it happened, coulda been real bad! So glad ur both ok and hope the truck is back soon!

I would say heck yes to the cowl hood though, I love the look of them on the 03 style front end.

LLY and LBZ hoods are all the same IIRC. I believe Simon is running a cowl but I can't remember who makes it. Maybe Keystone??

05 and newer classic body style trucks are the same frontend.

Reflexxions make a cowl hood for 05-07 classic HD's I think. I think they're steel too.
