Had the "wing" on my old truck and my current one doesn't have it. Looking for the part number or what it is technically called. Here is a picture of it on my dad truck.

I have the original box for that spoiler/cap I bought for my truck. Liked it much better than the cap that came on my truck. Should have the part number on it. I will look tomorrow when I go to my trailer and get the number for you. Done forget that you will need 4 nutcerts and 4 of the those screws that go with it.

What about the tube nut and the screw, can anyone get that part number as well? They have them on LMC but it's a buck each tube nut and 5 bucks per screw plus shipping and crap.
I found the bolt, but its $4.55 at GM, too. The Riv nut wasnt listed. May as well buy them thru LMC.

Those are the one that came on the earlier trucks Tom. I think the one he posted the pic of is from a 2006 +
My 03 1500HD had the same one on it. As soon as I traded it in for my current truck, I got one for it and put it on. The options for tailgate caps were the one that came on it, the one for the camper shell I guess is what it was. The one that came on most of the other trucks, guess that one was the wing like what Tom has linked to. and the one shown in the pic. Meant for the people that use their trucks. And if you can get them from LMC that cheap, go for it. All together I spent about $35 just for the Rivnuts and screws.
