There is a .75mm restrictor in the driver's side rail that can be drilled out to 1/16", and a FPRV that needs shimming. Other than that (cost = .25 cents), there is nothing need in the rail dept.

go check them out, they have a pretty good read about the rails,i want more vol. thats what im after

If you've already convinced yourself, it sounds like a great thing for your truck.

Just don't put it on a dyno or it will burst your bubble.

You have 7? holes that are .006" in diameter, and no two injectors fire at the same time (no overlap).

Exactly how big of a supply line at 26k PSI do you think you need?

I gained 0 mph and picked up no ET by going to a full ported rail... you are wasting your time

What? mph is in direct correlation with horsepower... if I picked up mph then that means I gained horsepower. Sure I logged it, and I saw no gain in rail pressure

I will say this in closing.

You won't see a gain anywhere, at any power level, much less at 500hp.

When people ask to buy one from me, I say "sure, but you are wasting your money".

Yes, I test stuff on a dyno. Yes, I tune trucks on the dyno not "seat of the pants".

But like I said, you sound convinced, so go for it and report back. Dyno before and after with no other changes and let us know what you see.

Pat,
Are you saying that there is a restrictor in the rail itself or the fitting at the end of the rail?

Sound advice is being given here , it may not be what you want to hear but these guys are just trying to help you save your self from a wasted purchase . Plenty of guys have made well over 1k hp on stock rails .

Pat,
Are you saying that there is a restrictor in the rail itself or the fitting at the end of the rail?

It's a removable plug on the front that feeds the passenger rail.

It's debatable whether drilling this out has any effect, but it doesn't hurt either. It's the smallest restriction in the entire system.
