Well, since EFI now has (shortly) DSP5 for us LBZ folk, I need a switch. However, I've never seen a pic of a switch or where mounted. I'd assume there are a ton of switches out there and a lot of vendors. Anyone recommend a "good" looking switch that isn't cheezy? Also, do you drill the dash and put in a knob or do you install a little box that has a knob sticking out? Anyone care to share a photo of a good looking mount/position you have? I have a 3 person bench up front and use it so a switch box there under the dash would likely collect some knee hits.
Thanks.

TX of course
Does Guy still make the one for the overhead console? I'd almost hate to have to run wires up there plus switches or gauges too, but I liked his the best. Zip ties don't sound bad for a while nether.

I hope the link works. Its from my garage over on the DP. The switch is from Socal Diesel and for those who have the cubby hole there, I have the high idle kit from PPE and it came with the plastic blank panels with the high idle switch pre-installed. By the way, I bet all lbz guys/gals are excited now that you can switch tuning on the fly! Hope the pic works

you will need a 5 pos switch to start with, then put resistors on each terminal to get to the desired voltage for each position. i will be making a handfull of dsp2 and dsp5 switches to try out in different spots. i'll take pics and post when i get the rest of the parts for the dsp5. when i'm done i'll have switches and extra ecm pins for sale too 17bucks for 25 ecm pins can't go wrong :D
