Swapping lifts between trucks, question about wheel speed sensor.

I have a 05 lly with a 4 inch lift and also a 09 lmm that was stock height. I swapped the lift to the 09 and left the 05 bearings in the lift knuckles and put them on my 09. One of the bearings was bad so I bought one for a 09 and put it in when I was swapping the lift. This I where I am getting confused. I screwed up one of the wheel speed sensors so I figure ok ill swap them around until I get 2 that work to throw the 09s knuckles and bearings which I've replaced recently onto my 05. While playing with swapping the sensors, one of them out of the 05 is too long and wont go into the newer 09 bearing. If I order new wheel speed sensors for an 09 so they fit correctly in the Timken bearings I have will the ABS in the 05 plug in and work correctly? I do know the plugs are the same. Just looking for some insight, I would much rather spend 80 bucks on 2 sensors than replace good bearings that aren't that old. Thanks for any help in advance
