Surging at idle

When my trucks at idle it surges about every 5 seconds it surges it's all stock too then when I'm in drive when it surges it lunges forward a little bit

Throw a new fuel filter on it for chits and giggles, if that doesnt fix it my next guess would be the fuel pressure regulator on the CP3 is starting to take a dump.

X3... had friend with exact same problem turned out to be FPR
