Suncoast has a good reputation for Allison building, and a good reputation for customer service.
I don't run Suncoast stuff cause it's cheap. I run their parts because they work.

I'm a little confused.
I realize that the trans has a warranty from Suncoast through the dealer that sold it to you.....are you saying that Suncoast is giving you the run around, or are you getting the run around and blaming Suncoast? The dealer has an obligation here.

I finally got to talk to someone today at Suncoast, George, I guess he is a tech. He and I had a nice conversation about my issues, and now that he and I are in direct contact I have a feeling that things are going to start happening. I was NEVER blaming suncoast for anything, I was just frustrated that I havent had my truck for 3 weeks now and I didnt see any end in sight. The dealer I bought it from apparently doesnt deal with the whole transmissions anymore??
Things seem to be going much more smoothly now, although we still have no idea what is going on, at least someone is trying to figure it out.

That's good to know that things are at least in motion. Ive found that warranty problems especially with such an expensive part can be slow at times. But Suncoast's reputation is great service and great parts. Good Luck.
