Stupid Windows!

So I get this new computer (baby Acer notebook).

When I'm using Internet Explorer, at random the text starts to shrink when I move the touchpad mouse.

Does anyone know how to turn that feature off? Kinda like ZOOM/SHRINK function but I can't find where to turn it off. It's not Text Size. Only Explorer text is affected, so I assume it's Windows doing it. Nothing in Control Panel that I see has such a setting.

in internet explorer go to tools, internet options, then advanced and you have a bunch of zoom settings. i dont know if this will work but this is where the zoom settings are

Well, I know how to return the screen back to stock, in the lower right corner there is a IE Zoom button.

But I haven't figured out how to disable it 100%.
