stupid question

Ok I should know this........................
I just installed efilive from the website for the first time on this laptop.
I'm having troubles. it's saying drivers' haven't been installed.
and when I try to read tune from truck onto computer it say s no communication with flashscan. The efilive box, has the lights lit up for usb and obd.
I can't remember what I did last time to install drivers. Please senf me in the right direction. Thanks.

couldn't get the link to work. I've manually installed drivers, but no go??

If you are running vista you need to run as administrator and disable UAC (User Access Controls).

no it's xp, but yes I found that link in an efilive thread, and it worked! Thanks. Now...if only I would have installed it on the correct laptop!
