Alright guys I am a little stumped with my LB7. My truck will not come off of idle rpms when I have the truck in gear, brake depressed, and push the throttle pedal as if I was trying to build boost for a launch. I logged it and it recognizes the TPS and MAF sensor. When the truck is in Neutral it will rev up without an issue.

Looking for a little direction.

The tune hasn't been messed with recently, has it? There is a section in the tune for brake torque management that can do what you are describing your truck as doing.

Does it act like it doesn't have enough power to start to build boost, or does it not do anything? Like does it rev above idle by 50+ RPM, or just sit perfectly at idle, like you didn't touch the throttle at all?

PTO switch turned on?

I guess I've never known how to activate it.

I have toyed with the ECM tunes a little but always adjusted the brake torque management. I haven't touched the TCM tuning in about 2 months so I can't imagine it would be the TCM tune. It will just bump the RPM's maybe about 50rpms when I touch the pedal but that is all. I have tried about 4 tunes from scratch and still no luck.

I had a tune from dmax tuner a long time ago that would not allow me to raise the rpms at all if my foot was on the brake pedal. Id look over the tune real good.
