What is everyone doing with their front driveshafts after installing a lift?

My front driveshaft vibrats above 25 mph and i am looking into another one that solves this. I know most lift manufacturers have front driveshafts for this problem but from what I have read, thay seem weaker then the stock shafts.

I have been thinking about contacting RCV and having them custom build a CV shaft. I know it will be expensive but just braking lesser built shaft could end up more expensive in the long run

I would think that this has already been figured out by the sled pulling community but many google searches didn't come up with much

So, what do you guys think. Will CV joints by RCV work in a front driveshaft?

Never had an issue and my one truck was lifted 10"

The new one lifted 20" is another story, I have the clock down the transfer case but thats probably no the issue here.

What brand lift and specs?

Sorry, yes. Cognito 4-6 ntb lift st at 4"

I get driveline vibrations that start at about 20 mph but get worse at 25 mph.

What are your u joint angles set at?

Not sure what you mean by "set at". The front diff is lowered 6" so the front driveshaft follows the drop. The angle is not very steep but i guess that the joints are both not at the same angle or beyond the max angle thay are designed for

No. Only in 4wd. It comes from the front driveshaft. Once the lift is installed and the diff is lowered the angle of the u-joints increases and vibrations start. This only seems to be a problem with 6" and above
