Starting a new build, either going S&S 14mm pump, or dual stock LBZ pumps. Thoughts on which is a more reliable way to go? Will one push significantly more fuel than the other? Will be running 250% over injectors. Thanks
1200-1400What kind of power are you trying to make? I run a single 10mm pump, when I build I probably throw a stock LBZ pump on the belt. I ran duals for a few years on my 01 with no problems.
Is anyone daily driving these stroker pumps? Like 10k miles a year
I have an old wicked diesel 10.6mm pump. Been in my truck for 6 or 7 years. Has 25k miles or so on itIs anyone daily driving these stroker pumps? Like 10k miles a year
I still have my original Exergy 12mmcp3 that I ran the first 10sec pass single vgt single pump back in 13 iirc. It has been in 4 different motors now and been to 1385hp on the engine dyno(250%inj and 91mm ProMod Turbo) with it and 1200hp in my street truck and is now in my wife's LMM daily driving at 675hp lol. I will always prefer the single pump setup to duals unless you can't get enough fuel with the single which is very rare these days.
Any specific reason? Just the cleaner install? I thought about throwing a stock lbz pump on the belt and will be cheaper then selling the 10mm and buying a 12mm on my lmm.
Now thats impressive.I have over 100k on my Exergy 10mm. Still going strong, it's d.d. and run coast to coast. It was installed back in Feb/2016. Was installed with new 45% overs and a built long block. Been running it on the big tune since day one.
