I'm not sure if anyone could help diagnose this or not but it is driving me crazy. I have a heavily modified truck, 2006 Danville 72/483 compounds, built motor, etc. When accelerate hard in higher gears it makes a squeaking noise that almost sounds like metal on metal contact like a spun rod bearing. It is very hard to duplicate and does not do it all the time, it sounds like it is coming from under the driver's side of the dashboard. It briefly does it during hard shifts occasionally and is definetely more noticeable on 4wd launches but is never heard unless in 4th or 5th gear. Or briefly during 2-3 or 3-4 or 4-5 shifts. It is driving me crazy, I have checked for boost leaks and also that the driver side intercooler pipe isn't rubbing anything. No luck so far.
