Hi all, fairly new here with my first diesel. Been doing lots of reading and cant really find anyone info on something that seems a little weird to me.
I had HG's done a couple months ago and also had the shop put in some efi live tunes (since the dealer I bought it from didn't know what tunes were in it currently) So maybe this is related to my tuning, I'm not really sure.
This only happens under 60mph, and will do it in just about every gear. When i'm cruising at about 1/8th throttle and maybe ever so slight decelerating my boost will surge up to about 8-10lbs. If I let off the throttle completely it will go back down to zero. But if i slightly get on the gas it will also go down to 0 before coming back up. I really cant feel it at all. But can hear the boost building and it gets kind of annoying if I'm trying to cruise around at 45-50mph. As its building/dropping depend on my ever so slight throttle input.
Any thoughts or suggestions to look at?? Or maybe some more info I should be giving to help diagnose? Would be really easy to show someone, but its much harder for me to try and explain through a keyboard.
