I think for now, I will just be buying some replacement tires for the stock wheels. I know right now I have stock LT265/70R17's on it. I want to reuse the factory wheels until I buy a lift and different wheels/tires. I want to go a little bit bigger and I don't have a leveling kit or anything on it, so it is at stock height. Can anyone please tell me the max tire size I can run without fear of rubbing and issues? I am looking for a little wider and fuller look without having to do mods right now. Also, I need some guidance as far as what Brand to buy, that is a good off-road tire and has a good wear life. I have ran Dueler AT Revos on my Trailblazer (2x sets now), but don't know if anyone has ran them on their Duramax and thought they were a decent investment and wore well. Please let me know what your suggestions are. Thanks.:thumb:

Just bump up to a 285/70

EDIT...
You may need to turn your t-bar adjustment bolt 2 or 3 turns, with the front end off the ground off course!

So will I have to do any cutting or modding on the fenders to get a 285/70 to fit? How much does 2 or 3 turns give as far as height on the LMM? Thanks

So I finally got around to putting some new shoes on the ol' DMAX...I must say after doing the large fender mod, I am pretty happy that I decided to go with the 285's on it. I was a little worried initially about rubbing, but I cranked the T-Bars 5 turns and it sits and looks pretty good IMO. Thanks to all of you that gave me the advice.:thumb:
