What is your VIN number? You can PM me if you don't want to post it. I'll see if I have one that will work for you.

The real question is is where can one buy a unlocked deleted LML tune that just has the delete portion done and the rest we have access too? HMMMM?

Every truck & operating system is different & react differently to the deletes.

If you can't figure out a delete combo, good luck with the dozens of timing tables.

Yeah I know this there is something like 82 or 84 different OS for the LML's so what exactly does you response mean?

I mean that no two operating systems and deletes are the same. Lots of discussion about "dead pedal" when turning off modules over on EFI Forums.

it cost tony big $$$ for the software to learn it all and develop the tune, with mapping all the tables. No tuner hands out unlocked tunes anymore esp with the hard work of the LML

Nobody is asking for them for free. Some are asking for a base tune with the deletes done to them is all. Theres already a company out there selling base files for $50, some are requesting those same files but with the deletes done to them. Then again your in the perverbial catch 22 where if somebody starts doing this, then end users could turn them into smoke tunes and have the EPA coming down on them.

Well lame why not sell stock tunes with deletes done for end users to build?

We sell them locked down in Autocals or via email locked down to the V2 and unique ecm serial number.............one truck only, can't be flashed into any other truck.

Anyone is welcome to invest in an LML, a KTAG, a bench fixtures, hex editing software, a few LML ecms and lots of time.

Plan on an initial investment of $10K+++ just to walk in the door on LML tuning and then pay $45k+ or more for a stock truck, then spend another $7k on supporting mods like a built trans, lift pump, egr delete, pcv reroute, full exhaust, etc.

Then spend months and months building tunes and testing them on the street and track.

So to answer your question..............why not sell unlocked deleted tunes ????

I know for a fact that some people are able to get a certain tuner to sell them an unlocked delete tune. I would be willing to drop some serious coin to have all of them if the ones that have them wanted to make back a good chunk of their initial investment back. and I understand no tuner wants their name tarnished by smoke tunes. but hell I won't do them now for anyone and am completely onboard with the anti smoke tuning movement and can see the reason for it and as I tell all my customers that it is the majority of the reason that we have all the emissions equipment on our diesel as it is. But at the same time If I was in their shoes I would probably do the same thing by getting my initial investment back before I started selling off my hard work.

so lets not sell a unlocked stock with deletes to a end user for each truck he may have? I know every lml is different therefore you could sell a stock tune with deletes done (basically shut codes off) send it off for 150 bucks each truck make your money back faster?

so im still waiting for a real answer not a smartass one I have yet to find a tuner that tunes my truck the way I like it I can do it myself and I like doing it myself. im not going to drop 10k in proprietary software for my own truck I don't want to tune the masses just mine and family members.

It wasn't a smartass answer it was fact based, sorry you thought I was being smart, I thought I explained it quite well.

I highly doubt you will get any deleted LML base tune for $150, you can't get a single LB7 tune that cheap for a stock trans.

If you want me to be a smartass then I am simply not interested, but as far as making my initial investment back it's a lot easier to make my money back/faster at $999/autocal then at $150/tune.
