i was thinking about that but i like the stock one but i guess it's something to think about! one guy told me that the cd in not in the right postion and i have to tear it apart and try it all over again so i guess i'll just deal with the radio for a little while longer!

My first factory radio did that. I just had the dealer replace it under warranty. When they sent it back to the manufacturer (AC Delco??) they sent me the CD that was stuck in the radio. I'm on my 4th factory radio right now. If ths one takes a shit i'm going to buy a facny big screen DVD player thing.

Sounds like your CD mechanism when bad. It can happen just that quickly. GM radios have a habit of doing that.

Mine did it too. I had it replaced under warranty. I like the factory 6 disk changer too. I'd hate to lose it, but if mine breaks, I'm gonna find a LUX Nav unit.
