Question: Stock radiator reliability

I'm getting ready to re-install my stock GM radiator in front of my stock 2006 LBZ. It's worked fine for 120K, but since summer is coming and I sometimes get stuck towing a 15,000 lb. 5th wheel in the Mojave Desert, should I worry about it coming apart on me? Is there many tank separations? My buddy just lost his on his '06 Powerstroke, not even towing.

I've seen lots of radiator cores plugged with bugs and dirt/mud, not many split or seperate tanks.

It's a known problem with the PSDs. Don't hear much about it here.

When it goes, then change it.

185k on mine, it will be cleaned and thrown back in after my engine build.
