Stock LBZ 12.60 and I mine took street class.

I took 1st in the sporstman class tonight - ran 12.43-12.45 on a 12.4 dial. Truck is running very consistant had a best of 12.41 and a worst of 12.47 tonight, both during time trials.

Chris (DrHolliday) ran his LBZ for the first time with the lift pump and shim kit. 12.60 @ 104 - does anyone know of a faster LBZ on all stock motor?
His mods are:
DA SC IV & T-case Brace
5" Down-pipe back Flo Pro
Air Dog 150
Shimmed FPRV
Sleeves & Straight Centerlink
Diesel Addiction engine and trans tuning
Leaf springs clamped up front.

He has a stock intake on it even and runs on 255-85 (pizza cutter) tires on stock PYOs.

Yeah I know, I don't know how high of a 104 it was, gonna tweak on it next time we're at a test and tune too. He was launching 300-400 RPM soft all night too, I think it has 12.5s in it on the current tuning I made for him - which is alot more conservative than most LBZ race tunes that I've seen.

Wow, I knew I had us tuned clean but I didn't realize we were both running THAT clean. A little puff off the line and then we both clean up very nicely. Chris got to the 1/4 before the honda got to the 8th and was going a lot faster at the 1/8th than the Honda finished the quarter at. Guy was really consistant during time trial though and had me a little worried but I knocked him off in the first round - hell I had over 7 seconds after he left to make sure my RPMs were where I wanted them and focus on my reaction.

I need to look into that "turbo bark" - LOL

I think if I launch harder I can get a 12.5x... If I take out the seats and show up with less then half a tank maybe a 12.4x but thats wishful thinkin.

The final speed was a 104.68 MPH I need to take a photo of the slip and post it up. The kid in the honda wouldn't even look at me after I ran a faster 1/4 then his 1/8th, lol.
