Stock Injector Replacement

So Ive been reading a lot and it looks like my injector swap was VERY cheap.

Mine were replaced under earrenty at 84,000 miles on November 26 2008.

Total cost was $2806.80

labor was 538.24

injectors were $1,960 for all 8

and the rest was all misc stuff that I dont feel like typing.

Anyways Ive heard of guys bills as high as 6,000.

Is mine some freak thing or what??

mine was supposed to be over 4k

replaced at 115k and it took all week to get it done

the labor was very cheap for that year. we get like 800+ to do those, but they may have printed the reciept with the warranty prices on there, not customer pay.

Your injector price is VERY good. Last I heard they were $400 ea, or $3200 just for injectors.

I payed for the LB7's $200 each and the LLY was $300 each plus 100 each core charge, 8x200 = $1600 plus 8 hours labor which is needed like the warranty rule book says. A good one does it in 4 hours, 4x70 is 280, added is 1600+280~1900 plus tax and other fees, thats not bad
