Well now the truck is back on the road and the wife is giving me the gears because it's too tall for her to get her short little ass into without getting dirty pants.

I've only got one step left and it's on my door so I got the green light to try and find something. I have a 6" lift so I need something with a drop step. Preferably something that bolts to the frame or cab mounts-not just the rockers.

I found some that were rectangular tubing design but can't remember who made them. RBP makes a nice set but they dont drop down enough. ICI does also but doesn't make them for the classic body style.

So anyone who is bored and would like to help me search that would be sweet.

Something similar to these is what I'm after.....https://www.magnumtruckgear.com/p-1110-magnum-rt-steps.aspx

I don't have a lot of personal experience with different steps, but I will say my Dad has those Magnum steps on his dually. He loves them but they haven't been mounted very long.

NFab makes something similar, as does Rough country and Rhino.

Are you set on the rectangular tube design?

TX of course
Really for a lifted truck and short folk the best are Amp. I haven't seen any other with much of a drop that don't bolt to the body.

Amps are nice-if you live in the south. They are no good up here. They freeze up, get packed off with mud and when it freezes the motors burn out or strip the gears.
I'd rather have rectangular than round tubes.
