Yesterday my truck's steering box became unattached from the frame rail. I drove it to church went to turn into a parking spot and felt some binding in the steering. I was able to get it into a spot and some how limped it 5-10 miles home after church. At home I had my wife turn the steering wheel while I laid underneath and watched. It dumped a bunch of power steering fluid on my face and then I watched the gear box moving around as she tried to turn the wheel. Some how all three bolts had sheared off that attached the gearbox to the frame, two were still in the holes and the third one was missing. Does anyone have any idea what in the world would cause this to happen?!?!

If they were loose it would have put a lot of undue stress on them, possibly shearing them like that
