Steering Box

I am in need of a steering box. I have a 3 spline pitman arm. How many splines are they? They have two options 33 or 32 spline.

I also need a steering box for a lbz. Are they different from 2001-10?

my LLY was 32 spline and it loved em, I put 3 on mine. I'd find one off an lmm if you can.

Yeah they are different, the older ones you could adjust and rebuild but the 07-up ones are a solid unit, but are stouter I think.

The stupid part is that when you order a pitman arms it's based off of groves but now that I need a steering box it's based off of spline count.

I can't find a spline count for the pitman arm I ordered either.

I'm not sure what trucks had the different splines, all the boxes I replaced came off 03-04 3500 hd's and mine was a 2500 hd.
