starts then dies within a few seconds

Hello,
I locked the doors and disconnected the batteries to have them checked for possible replacement. Got back with new batteries and while connecting them the security started honking the horns.
Long story, but now it starts then dies within a few seconds.
What have I done? And how do I fix it?

It's probably in security.. the security re learn needs done. If the security light is flashing do this-

Start the truck and let it die, leave key on until security light quits flashing (about 10 min)
Turn key off wait a second, start again and let it die, repeat above procedure a total of three times and it should atart and run

3x ten minutes cycles. Definitely would make it a pain to steal! lol
