I did a quicky compression reading on Wendy, and I had pulled all the fuses one-by-one and cranked it, then disconnected the bale connectors and cranked it.
Found that when I was done, the engine would idle but no throttle response. I checked all the bale pins and fuses, to no avail.
Then I reflashed back to stock, and voila, everything was back to normal. Apparently there is a "hidden limp code" that disables the throttle under certain conditions. It did not reset after more than 5 attempted start cycles, which is odd.
Took me awhile to find the stock tune to reflash it with, since it hadn't been flashed or datalogged in over a year.
So, if you are working on the electrics that are unrelated to the ECM, and you encounter this situation, try a reflash.
