Start in 2nd gear. ( I know this Should be in tuning but...)

I was looking for some info on making a start in 2nd gear trans tune and it seems like all the old threads (how to threads) on this have disappeared. So if anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it. It is going in an 01 truck with an 01 tcm.

I am trying to help out a friend as still haven't got my settlement from the USPS after they lost my V2 november 25.

So if someone could help me out with a "how to" I would greatly appreciate it.

If someone has a they could send to me I would appreciate that too.
