SRS/IRS strike again for the last time I'm done messin around

So I woke up early today to take my girl to an emergency root canal, and she had a letter from the IRS, her return has MIA for a few days now and we wondered where it had gone. The letter states her return has been garnished and payed to a debt collection agency for federal student loans, for the other Sierra Phillips who happens to be a low life black piece of trash in Virginia.

I have had enuff, i am at the end of my rope my girl is the other room sedated in EXTREME PAIN and they continously screw this shit up. she had big plans for this return and needs it to pay for her medical bills now, I would love to help, but hell I don;t even have ajob right now becuase of the dumbass piece of black trash in the white house. I braught a phone book with me and I will start in the A's an go to Z in the Attorney section until I find a lawyer with big enuff balls to take on the SRS, aswell as the IRS. They have been provided info many times explaining the issue at hand with the SS#'s yet they continue to keep it up, it's time to pay pain and suffering.

The back story is the SRS issued my girl who is white and lives in KS, and another who is black and lives in VA who where born 2 days apart the sma SS#. Once that little black bitch found out there was an SS# issue she took out TONS of loans includeing student loans as she had plans of changeing her SS# anyway she got the loans changed her number and defaulted any and all loans she ever had. Guess who is left to pay the bills???

This is why people break and kill other people, I am a very level headed cool tempered guy anyone here who has met or spoke with me knows this, but the people in the govt. local and federal, better pray to there god who ever it may be that I NEVER become terminally ill. The office opens here shortly I will blow there F'in phone up from open to close.

After 4 1/2 hours of hold time combined I have made 6 calls, got no answeres and confirmed the money has been takein unlawfully. The company EdFund is one of the many responsible parties. They have notation and documentation that they have the wrong person but they intercept the money anyways, the reason being they flag your account with the IRS saying you owe them money (wheather you do or not). They collect your money from the IRS which take around 15 businuess days, then they call you and see determine weather or not they got the right person. If they made a mistake it will be just fine it will only take 3-4 businuess weeks to receive your return.

I have contacted my lawyer and we will be filing a claim with SRS is locked in they are gonna pay and EdFund aswell as the IRS if they don't start produceing results. These people have no cares in the world as it's not there money. >>>>>FUN FACT, did you know if your money is intercepted going from the IRS to your account it sits in LIMBO for up to 3 weeks. So where is our ****in money at??????????????? The IRS says they sent it to EdFund, EdFund says they will NOT recieve the money any sooner than 2 weeks. And the actual collection agency shows all documentation and con NOT figure out what is happening.

I don't even care if I receive money for this shit, I just want to destroy some peoples lives. they have interupted my life and my girls life for to long. I want nothing more then to make some ****ers squirm. I hired the most outraguos crazy ****in attourney in the area he has numerous videos on youtube of his trials and speeches, it's gonna be fun. I can't legally kill any of them but I figure I can atleast take names and pray I become terminally ill so I can erradicate these ****in cochroaches.:roflmao:

FUN FACT time did you know the govt is excempt of any and all laws that would allow a person, a citizen of the USA to ever pursue a pain and suffering clause?? But you can go after the individual. So there will be a very unhappy man in Va. They do have his name and what office he works in.

he will be notified tomorrow that he is going to be having some very bad days coming up. This is NOT a new thing to have happen in the state of Va.

Our govt. is in a very sad state right now, and myself I am sick of being beat out on. It blows me away that they can just grab your money without even verifying that you are the correct person first and then just tell you "well hey you'll have your money in around a month. I am not made of money neither is my girl, but she does very well for her self and I have my welding on the side tell I find a good job that is willing to hire an over qualified person. I will take a cut in pay, but the govt. has them leaning toward the cheapest labor possible, and people who are over certified are left wondering why the invested money to become certified in so many things.

I know I won't be able to do much, I am aware of this, how will one person be able to win a battle against an organization like the SRS and IRS but I am gonna atleast have some fun and ruffle some feathers.

We just got hung up on by untied collections, the lady would not answer the 2 questions we needed answered. You see the IRS and any collection agency MUST use two types of identifiers to confirm they have the correct person. We have every single piece of information on this black trach in Va. we paid a good amount of money to dig any and all info on her life, and we know what has been requested by agencies on her part. They can NOT tell us which documents they used, the next question was what date of birth they had in there system. Well they would NOT answer the question she talked in a circle raised her voice called me a liar and that we need to get a lawyer and slammed the phone down on something hard. I PUT THIS IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE IT BLOWS ME AWAY, SHE SAID "OUR BEST OPTION IS TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN SO WE CAN PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING" THE DEBT IS NOT EVEN OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

The next step tomorow we will speak with the top dog at the company and see WTF is going on and why that woman we spoke to treated us that way. We are hard working tax paying bill paying blue collar Americans, I spent 2 years overseas in Baghdad and was injured and needed to return home for surgery to get rid of extra holes and the bitch calls me a liar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My girl works 6-7 days a week no less than 10 hours a day so we can have nice things and have agood life and we get screwed over by a low life trashy little black bitch.

Anyway I know I am one man but I am one highly pissed and motivated mother ****er. I'm sick of my country kickin me down to make the rich richer... I've had enuff I'm at my wits end and I WILL get results!!! People wonder why I built my shop/home on a hill where I can see for 10 miles every which way, I'm ready to defend what is mine what I have worked for and NO one will stand in my way.

Being overseas and being injured the way I was and the way the government forgot about me when my 10,000 dollars in medical bills came to my home. I payed it all and didn't say a word, I was planning to back overseas after surgery but I was not cleared to work for 6 months and when I was ready to go back they said with my condition they could NOT except me anymore. This is about more than the IRS/SRS this is about America it's about Obama, it's about all the dirt bag grey haired ****tards in Washington who keep voting themselves raises instead of making more jobs for people like me.

Thanks Tom, she is doing pretty good. She is a tuff little thing all 5' of her, she did lose alot of her gums on that side they think it will grow back in pretty good. It's gonna several thousand dollars but she needs it done so I will sell what I need to, to help her out.


And thank you Kat it means alot to me just to know people actually care. I feel pretty alone in this hole thing, these people make me feel lower than dirt, I have lost nearly all control of myself here today I've blown up on everyone who came in contact with me. I am nothing like that I just need a good night of sleep I think.

Call your local US Senator's office and explain the issue it sounds like you have alot of papers already that will help. The lawyer will charge forever at that rate and eat your money up. The way into the US Gov. is the Senator's channels. They help people with these issues alot since that is their job. There are a few who still do work for the people like they should. If it's so clear and cut all out on paper that should make it move faster even maybe. I had seen this happen and it does. No cost either except phone time.
