Is there a way to quiet'n squeeky cal-tracs, I was driving in a residential area yesterday with the windows down and noticed the annoying squeek, it really makes the truck sound sorta cheap. Is this a known problem, any advise is appreciated. :(

The bottle has a nipple type end, so you can turn it upside down and just give it a squirt. The stuff separates in the bottle so make sure you shake it well first. It would keep the noise away for a few months here. I'm sure climate, how frequently it rains, or gets a bath will play a part in the frequency of needed reapplications. One bottle lasted me a couple years, but I used it for all sorts of stuff that needed a non-greasy squeak eliminator.

Larry, I slid 3/4" PVC pipe over the front pin (Guy's idea) to quiet the metal to metal contact...I cut the piece a little long so the pivoting brackets would get slightly pushed apart...If I were to do it again, I'd nut and bolt it instead of reusing the pin with the retaining rings...It got rid of at least 50% of the noise...
