Speedo Issue

I have an 03 2500 hd been havin problems with the speed o meter, hit a bump and the thing goes nutz. I have changed the tail shaft sensor but still does the same thing, tranny stays in whatever gear ur in when u hit the bump, same three codes every time speed sensor a, trans mil request,long term control module memory performance... This thing is driving me crazy.

hah i had the same thing. finally it all quit and it turned out to be a pin on one of the connectors.

I have had problems with the instrument cluster on 3 GM vehicles. I always ask....is it a problem with the IC? The IC can cause a lot of problems with the vehicle if something goes haywire...
