LLY: Speed Sensor Issue

I've got 2004.5 LLY. I've been having his issue with the speed sensor p0500 code and limping my trans when I get to about 30-40 mph. I've replaced the transfer case, replaced the speed sensor twice and still no luck at fixing it. I'm lost at what it could be.

Throws p0700 / p0500 I had it connected to snap on from a buddy at his shop and it's losing communication with TCM and speed sensor in the transfer case. I'm lost at what to do next. Don't wanna just throw parts and money at it.

Any help would be appreciated. Don't know if it could be the harness to speed sensor or what. can't find anything online bout it or a diagram on the wiring where it goes and comes from etc.

replaced TCM, had transfer case out and had it checked out by a trans shop and to make sure everything was good with transfer case. Was told it looked great no issues. Already had pump run kit installed in it and everything.

Probably in the harness. I know a few gasser that had issues with the speedo/ roughly shifting due to bad ignition switches.

Yea I'm thinking it maybe in the harness. It's only two wires but gotta trace them back and see where they go I guess TCM. Wonder if I can buy a replacement harness or if I'll have to patch it with some wire.

Get a scanner and watch all the speed sensors.

Also make sure any speed sensor wires are spun tightly together. You'll get issues if they aren't twisted.

Yes I've done that and only one that shows any issues is the speed sensor in transfer case. It'll read fine until 30-40 mph. Then it says nothing on scan tool and speedometer starts jumping and abs/brake light comes on.
