hello can anyone give me the part numbers for the tools i need for the transmission assembly and disassembly...i had them written down. and i lost it. i know there is only a couple but ican not remember..
one is the clutch compressor tool to get the rings out of the C4 and C5 clutches. then one is the main shaft holder to hold it up during installation. and another is the rear housing nut tool that screws onto the output shaft...
if anyone can help that would be awesome.. or if you need more of an explanation..and any other ones i need. i am not going to be building mine right away but would like to at somepoint

you dont need a special tool to get the c3/c4/c5's in or out. for the output shaft, I used a dana 44 socket and cut the walls out in between the lugs and ground the lugs down a bit, it fit and worked great, but you dont need to even take the extension housing apart unless you need to replace the shaft or the bearing. I also made a tool with 3 legs to allow me to compress the c1 spring pack in a press and reinstall the retaining ring. otherwise i used 3 screwdrivers and a pick set. o yeah, and a big slide hammer to remove the stator support bushing for replacement.
