Spacer gap?

Hello,
a while back I had somebody put on wheel spacers on my dually. Today I was at tire shop getting my flat fixed and noticed the gap between the hub and the spacer is this normal?

Yes the spacers use the acorn lugs nut to center

They do make hub centric spacers.

Freds are not truly hub centric, I bought some and sent them back. For them to be hub centric from the centric ring on the axle to the centric ring on the wheel they have to be indexed all the way through and Freds are not.
