I'm ok and my house was spared but many around me were not. 39 deaths and rising is the last number I heard and one Indiana town was wiped off the map. To make matters worse those ****ers from westboro baptist church is here to protest. Theyve had to relocate once cause they received a less then warm welcome I hear.
Prayers needed bad for the people around me. I'll post pics of the devestation when I can get to my computer. Right now they've determined many were f4 cat storms but some of the big high tension power line towers were brought down and those are rated to withstand 200mph winds. I've talked to a couple other members in the area and they're ok as well.

Thanks everybody. This all took place about a 1/2 mile from house. It is crazy. You see it on the news but until it hits close to home.... I have lived here all my life and know many of the people that got hit by this tornado. It will be a long time before this place is normal again, if ever. Just keep all these people in your prayers please. We all need it....

the protesters are there to celebrate the deaths of the people killed in the storm. They claim that the people that died deserved to die. People might not agree with me, but I think protesters or people like that should be rounded up and hung from an tall oak tree. Their the same people that were protesting military funerals.

I dont see how they can consider themselves true Christians. IMO, instead of rubbing salt in a wound they should do everything they can to help the community in need!

X2. It was pretty bad in eastern Kentucky too one town (west liberty) had a tornado hit on both days of the bad weather. That town is pretty bad. All I had was strong winds/hail and rain.

x2 ^^

Got a couple dents from hail a little bigger than a golf ball. Luckily it didn't last long. In fact, as quick as it hit, it went right back to sunny skies. Wild! Less than a mile up the road houses/property were heavily damaged by the hail. I've heard of larger hail but never seen it myself.

Luckily no tornado or flooding rain for us. Unfortunately, the affects were much more devastating in Eastern & Southern Ky. Sad, sad events.
