This getting on my nerves damn work truck sounds like a pos. So the day after I drove my work truck hard up and down a flooded road to clean the mud off the undercarriage a squeak started. The squeak changes speed with RPM changes. I thought it was something with the drive belts so I took them all off and started it. It was still there. What the heck could it be? Almost sounds like its coming from the bell housing if I'm under the truck. I though maybe it would go away after a bit, but that was over a month ago. Thanks for any input.

The truck is a 08 2500hd ECLB Z71 work truck with a 6.0 and 6L90. 146K on it.

I've seen about 5 ls 6.0 and 5.3 make a belt like chirp when a lifter went. run it without the belt and try a pry bar on each valve cover. one end on the cover and the other to youre ear. if its that you will know

Well i picked up a stethoscope. It's not a lifter or starter. I couldn't pick up the sound on anything. Next I'm wondering if it's the Torque converter or harmonic balancer. The balancer does have a little wobble about 1/8". I know some isn't uncommon but I'm not sure how much is acceptable.
