Sota/bmf wheels

Have any of you had issues with the machined part of sota or bmf wheels? This is the second set that has got cancer on the machined part. I'm very disappointed with this as each set was 1650$. I ordered them on march 18th of last year. Any options or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Seen it on two sets.. they have a two year finish warranty

Well your great state has gotten as bad as everyone else with the brine treatment and salt.

I would consider getting a set of wheels for winter.

Wheels havent been drove through salt.

Do you use a harsh cleaner in them?

Only soap and water.

Mine have done the same thing. Very minimal salt and washed immediately afterwards.

If it rains there's salt, you'd be amazed how high the chlorides are for weeks usually months after the last snow.
