Some Salad Help Please

I have been trying to help this guy, But my LLY knowledge is limited and he seems to be at whits end with this motor. I know some people have butted heads with him before, but lets put our heads together and help. I dont like to see anyone go through this kind of problem especially when he has no help . The thread is one the TDP so for the few banned member here if you would like to help I will copy and paste parts from the thread.

Its got air in the system now and he cant find the leak

I built one of these fuel cap/psi rigs for mine that another DP came up with!
(the white cap) It's a Stant non-vented cap that i pryed apart, drilled a hole in and put a tire valve stem in! Works good, just don't get over zelous with the psi's

Also in the pic: A hose i made to psi test up at the engine and a fuel vaccum/psi gauge that fits the factory schrader valve fitting on d-maxes- from Star Tools
