well here are a few pic of everything. motor is still in the truck. just has to be hooked to an engine lifted and pulled out. nothing is holding it there. the small hole is on the pass side and the larger one is on the driver side. all the pieces are what i have found on the outside of the engine so excited to see what it will look like when i open her up. but i think i should get an A+ for the amount of damage done so far...

Wow! I don't think I've seen a rod break into so many pieces before.

Mods were MPI BIG twins and dual cp3 and Mitusa Lift pump. I was seeing 60+ psi of boost at 3/4 throttle on my 2nd biggest tune.

those are pieces of the block...

the only piece of the rod there in that picture is the obvious small end where the wrist pin goes through.

yea they MIGHT be parts of the piston but i am not sure. 99.99% sure everything is block. im sure everything else is in the oil pan.

Tom i do, about a yr ago i bought a used motor. so i have heads, crank, cam and pistons and anything else that i cant reuse from mine. just have to start buying parts now and seeing how much money it will cost me. hoping to keep it under 6k but we will see.

i was driving like an old man when it happend. just going up a hill going about 65-70

any updates or new pictures?

no new pics wont get back to the shop until Wednesday and i doubt i will be there for very long. but i will try to get it pulled all the way out and some better pics.
