Q – Will EFILive work with Window’s Vista?
A – Yes. We suggest setting yourself up with Administrator permissions.

Q –How do I know if I’m running the latest software/firmware?
A –With the release of our 7.5.5 software and V8.1 BBL and firmware, automatic updating is set to check for new updates every 31 days.
If you would like to check more frequently, click on:
- Software - Start->All Programs->EFILive->V7.5->Tools->Check for New Updates.
- BBL/firmware - Start->All Programs->EFILive->V8->Tools->Check For New Updates.
Alternatively you can periodically check http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=48&Itemid=124
Q – I’ve lost my registration card – what do I do?
A – If you have previously installed and registered your FlashScan device; click on HELP>EFILive Registration to find your registration key.
A – Email [email protected] with your FlashScan Serial number and your registration key can be emailed to you.
