Question: So what is "normal" ECT?

I am the new owner of an '07, and I thought I might have something amiss with my thermostat/engine temp gauge. So I bought a Edge Evolution so I could have something to more accurately monitor vehicle functions. So even though my engine temp gauge seems low, most of the time, and wanders around the Edge display shows a consistent 180-185 temp. So the real question here is, does this sound normal for a pretty stock truck? Thanks.

I generally run right around 195, so ya that sounds about normal

It'll fluctuate from 180-190 depending on ambient temps, driving,ect.. Usually only a slight fluctuation
